By creating an account or using Trade Accelerate (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Newton & Sinclair Ltd, trading as Trade Accelerate.
Trade Accelerate provides UK-based trade businesses with tools to run targeted direct mail campaigns, capture and manage leads, publish a trade microsite, and automate review requests. The Service includes credit-based letter dispatch via Stannp, a pipeline management interface, and optional integration with Google Business Profile.
We do not guarantee any particular volume of leads, job conversions, or business outcomes from use of the Service.
By using the Service, you agree to:
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and include the monthly letter allowance shown when you subscribe. Additional letter packs are purchased in advance at the price shown before approval. We do not dispatch an additional letter campaign until you approve it.
For work first sourced through a Trade Accelerate letter campaign, a success fee applies at 5% of the job value below £5,000 and 7.5% at £5,000 or above. Territory customers pay 5% flat. No success fee applies to customers or jobs you sourced independently of Trade Accelerate.
Prices are stated in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change subscription, letter-pack, or success-fee pricing with 30 days' notice.
All software, design, and content comprising the Trade Accelerate platform is owned by Newton & Sinclair Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Content you upload (logos, copy, images) remains your property; you grant us a licence to reproduce it as necessary to operate the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newton & Sinclair Ltd's total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
